If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your new order purchase for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase.
All “Clearance” and items sold off of the floor are final and not eligible for our 7-day return policy guarantee.
You can return any online or special order in-store purchase for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you are returning an item for any reason, you must complete and submit a return authorization form at pfodirect.com/return or in the store within 7 days of receiving of your purchase.
Orders that have been financed and are not claimed or picked up within a 14-day period of the set delivery or pickup date will result in a 15% restocking fee.
*Return pick-up from our delivery staff only applies to order’s that were delivered by our delivery staff. It does not apply to orders that were picked up from our distribution center by the customer.
Any product damage or any defect that is not covered by the manufacturers warranty must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item in order to qualify for a replacement or repair.
After the purchased returned merchandise has returned to the Phoenix Furniture Outlet – Tempe location, has been inspected and is in the same condition as it was when delivered, a full refund in the form a company check or store credit will be mailed after 5 days of the returned product inspection. Refunds will not be given in the form of cash, debit, or credit card.
Items that have been delivered by Phoenix Furniture Outlet or picked up at the distribution center and are being returned within the 7 day return period, will be refunded by check only.
Phoenix Furniture Outlet reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated for all return charges and must be in it’s original packaging.
FINANCING CUSTOMERS RESTOCKING FEE: There is a 20% restocking fee on any item that is returned for customers that have financed their order. The application fee will not be refunded on any return for financed customers.
FINANCING CUSTOMERS CANCELLATION FEE: There is a 20% cancellation fee for orders that have been financed and the order has been canceled before delivery has taken place. If Phoenix Furniture Outlet is unable to reach the customer to make arrangements for delivery or pick up after 14 days of initial contact, the order will be cancelled and the 20% cancellation fee will apply.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY: A $295 charge will be issued if the customer refuses delivery for any reason, if the customer is not at home at time of delivery, or if the customer can not be reached to schedule a delivery within 3 days of the time the freight company or a Phoenix
Furniture Outlet delivery personnel has first attempted to make contact to schedule a delivery. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all holding fees charged by the 3rd party freight company due to the fact that the freight company or the Jack’s Warehouse delivery manager has been unsuccessful in establishing a specific delivery time within 3 days of the first contact attempt to set the delivery.
MATTRESS RETURNS: Mattresses and foundations are not returnable for a refund if the packaging has been opened in any way.
CUSTOM ORDERS: There are no returns or exchanges on custom made orders.
RETURNS OVER $2,500 may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the quantity of returned items is three or more separate items and the refund exceeds $2,500.
