All “Clearance” and items sold directly off of the showroom floor are final sale and not eligible for our 7-day return policy guarantee.
You can return any online, in-store or special-order purchase for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you are returning an item for any reason, you must contact the store within 7 days of receiving of your purchase.
Orders that have been financed and are not claimed or picked up within a 7 day period of the set delivery or pickup date will result in a 15% restocking fee.
Any product damage or any defect that is not covered by the manufacturers warranty must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item in order to qualify for a replacement or repair.
After the purchased returned merchandise has returned to the Phoenix Furniture Outlet – Tempe location, has been inspected and is in the same condition as it was when delivered, a full refund in the form a company check or store credit will be mailed after 5 days of the returned product inspection. Refunds will not be given in the form of cash, debit, or credit card.
Items that have been delivered by Phoenix Furniture Outlet or picked up at the distribution center and are being returned within the 7 day return period, will be refunded by check only.
Phoenix Furniture Outlet reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer and are subject to inspection first.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated for all return charges and must be in it’s original packaging.
FINANCING CUSTOMERS CANCELLATION FEE: If Phoenix Furniture Outlet is unable to reach the customer to make arrangements for delivery or pick up after 14 days of initial contact that the product is ready, the order will be cancelled and the 20% cancellation fee will apply.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY: A $295 charge will be issued if the customer refuses delivery for any reason at the time of delivery, if the customer is not at home at time of delivery, or if the customer can not be reached to schedule a delivery within 3 days of the time the freight company or Phoenix Furniture Outlet delivery personnel has first attempted to make contact to schedule a delivery.
MATTRESS RETURNS: Mattresses and foundations are not returnable for a refund if the packaging has been opened in any way.
CUSTOM ORDERS: There are no returns or exchanges on custom-made orders.
